PRODUCT RETURN GUIDELINES InMotion, Soundbalance, Headphone Hub, iStore, Briggs/Riley Brands

We will gladly return or exchange your store purchase within the applicable return or exchange period of 30 days from date of purchase, 15 days for all drones, connected toys, and cameras only when accompanied by the following:

• Your original sales receipt

• All original packaging (if applicable), product manuals, accessories, warranty information, and peripherals.

• Items must be free from damage, and in “like new” condition.

Brand Partnerships: iStore
Apple products must be returned within 14-days of purchase. Returns for full refund can be done at the original store of purchase or to the corporate office ([email protected]). Returns can only be made in the country of purchase. All original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty information and peripherals must be intact.
iStore Non-Refundable Items: All Final Sale items, open box or clearance items. For hygienic reasons, in-ear headphones that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Charging devices, batteries, cables, voltage converters, travel adapters, memory cards, flash drives and screen protectors cannot be returned.

Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
• Cash Refunds over $50 will be made via check within 7-10 business days from our corporate office.
• Credit card purchases will be issued a refund using the original card. Please allow your banking institute 7-10 business days for processing of your credit.
*Gift Cards- If you paid by gift card, please advise us by selecting Cash Transaction, as refunds back to gift cards are not available. A refund check would be issued instead.

Non-Refundable Items
Non-Refundable items include: prepaid cell phones, sim cards, phone cards, charging devices/cables, batteries, memory card/sticks, pillows and sock-wear. Unopened/ sealed items are acceptable for return.

Defective Items
If an item is found to be defective within the 30 days from date of purchase, 15 days for drones, mini-drones, connected toys, and cameras, it may be exchanged for a new item, providing the original packaging and transaction receipt accompanies the item. This includes Non- Refundable items and incompatible items. Outside the 15 or 30 day window, please contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement.

Online Instructions

To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging (when applicable). Packaging for Apple/Beats/Bose products are required. Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed.

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click "CREATE ACCOUNT" and provide accurate information such as name, Receipt Number, (item number if applicable), mailing address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product if applicable.

3. We will review your request within 24 hours (M-F), excluding Weekends/Holidays.. Do NOT send your item until you have received an approved RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request. Click on "Check RMA Status" for more information.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to your RMA account for shipping information.
