Submit a Request for RMA

We hope that you love what you purchased, but in the case that it was not quite right for you please use this portal to easily exchange or return the product.
To start the process please click on the "Create an Account" icon at the top of this page. Once you have created an account you will be able to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please review our Return Guidelines linked above before submitting an RMA Request.
Please make sure that your email account is accessible to receive commercial emails, otherwise, our email responses from "InMotion Support" may be blocked in your Spam/Junk folder, or by your business server. Most common email services do this to protect your account. You should receive an email confirmation within five minutes of submission. Emails from optonline.net or mx will not allow our emails.
We will NOT send you spam or add you to a mailing list. We do not share or sell personal data. Your information is kept confidential and is used for Exchange or Return processing only.
Calling or emailing Customer Service, does not extend the 30 day return/exchange period stipulated in our Return Policy located on the receipt. Please make sure to send the item back within the 30 day period from the date of the sales transaction. The item is to be received in our warehouse prior to the 30th day. Items received beyond the 30-days may be rejected, if not approved by representative.
Manufacturer Only Return Procedures:
All products are covered by the manufacturer warranty after the first 30-days from purchase date. We understand things happen after the purchase, that are not covered by a purchased CPS warranty program, or if you didn't purchase the extended warranty program. Review your manual information on contacting the manufacturer, or search the internet for the brand name of your product to obtain the their customer service number or email. Have your receipt handy for proof of purchase.
